Our story
We’re Take and Madori, who launched Lily Food Creation in August 2021 to fill the cream puff market gap in Whistler.
Take is the chef behind this project. He attended culinary school and honed his skills working in fine dining restaurants in Tokyo and Hakuba, Japan. Today he works as a chef de partie at Rimrock Café. Starting this side hustle brings him joy. “Cooking is my job, but pastry is my hobby.”
Madori runs the administration part of the business and most of the deliveries.
Both snowboarders from Japan, we met in Whistler after coming to the resort in 2013 in search of beautiful mountains, and had decided to live the life together surrounded by everything we are in love with.
